Required

2+ years designing for a startup or a fast-paced team
Portfolio that shows fast-turn creative and polished campaign work
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + Figma

Comfortable working at startup speed: scrappy, resourceful, quick to ship
Paid performance experience
A sixth sense for what trends on X/Twitter

Preferred
