Responsibilities
Partner with residents to help them continue to live their lives of purpose and make the most of every day by providing the best care and support
Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living and emotional, psychological, and soulful support
Interact with seniors while providing care
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years of age
Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification
Current negative TB test
Possess the ability to sit, stand, bend, and move continuously during work hours
Ability to carry or transfer up to 25lbs with assistance
Ability to pass criminal record/background check
Be efficient and exercise good time management skills
Must be able to work well independently with little oversight
Must have a track record of top-notch organizational abilities and communication skills
Willing to attend and incorporate into your work efforts different types of training
Preferred
Experience in passing medications
Prior experience working in an assisted living community or memory care community as a Certified Medication Assistant or other role
Other hospitality or healthcare related experience
Experience in customer service
Roles in which you have been a multi-tasker
Volunteer work involving vulnerable groups
Being vaccinated against COVID-19
