Responsibilities

Develop automated medium frequency trading strategies across all futures products with expected holding periods of minutes to hours
Create and improve quantitative models for predicting futures prices
Build out and improve our signals library
Collaborate within a group and across the firm to improve our backtester and other necessary tools to build a sustainable trading business (desk)

Required

Must have experience successfully developing quantitative models for profitable trading
Breadth and depth in mathematical background
Demonstrated passion for financial markets and market microstructure
Strong numerical programming skills in Python; industry C++ experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in technical field and relevant industry experience
