Start in 2026Seattle Reign FC is a prominent professional women's soccer team competing in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). They are seeking an Athletic Training Student Intern to provide athletic training services, including pre- and post-training treatments, rehab programming, and match day support. The intern will work under the guidance of the Medical Director and athletic trainers, gaining hands-on experience while fulfilling clinical credit requirements.

Evaluation, assessment, and documentation of injury
Pre- and post-training treatments
Rehab programming and facilitation
Training and Match Day hydration and medical equipment set up/take down
Match Day treatments
Match Day stretcher crew
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in Master of Science program; eligible for academic credit
Pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Athletic Training from CAATE accredited college or university
Must be able to receive academic credit towards clinical educational requirement
Able to commit to internship for a minimum of 12 weeks
Affiliation agreement must be executed between University and Seattle Reign FC prior to start
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment
Professional demeanor, punctual and reliable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to pitch in to support team tasks
Ability to work under pressure situations
CPR/BLS certified
Complete SafeSport training
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire
Must be able to facilitate own local travel
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Must be able to occasionally lift 20+ pounds and be comfortable standing on feet for multiple hours at a time
