Responsibilities
Develop core leadership competencies
Assist in day-to-day processing activities
Participate in team meetings
Support the team on ad-hoc tasks, assignments, special projects, etc
Provide verbal and written evidence of technical knowledge
Manage relationships with multiple levels of management within Enterprise Business Operations
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalates appropriately
Demonstrates effective communication skills
Displays a curiosity to learn and grow
Receives feedback and implements it in the role
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than June 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting
Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Must demonstrate superior analytical skills
Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
Demonstrate a basic understanding of risks and controls
Basic understanding of the financial services industry; seeks to understand and improve their knowledge of coverage areas
Strong commitment to teamwork by demonstrating a willingness to assist peers and supervisors
Collaborates well within and across teams and communicates openly with team members and others
