Responsibilities

Provide process improvement and maintenance support, including troubleshooting to minimize downtime

Install, upgrade, and commission new equipment, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment while updating code and HMIs for process changes

Program VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs, ensuring optimal system performance

Planning through execution, while training in-house teams to strengthen their technical capabilities

Consistently maintain strong customer satisfaction through reliable service and process improvements

Managed power distribution, electrical verification, and repairs while collaborating with corporate oversight

Served as a key problem solver, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions

Works independently or in small groups, adapting to challenges and ensuring process flow continuity

Maintenance technician to lead electrical technician and eventually maintenance supervisor

Oversee electrical program, including LOTO procedures, SOP development, and training initiatives

PM schedules, rebuilds, and repair and completion on time

Implemented new procedures and process improvements that increased production numbers and yield

Balanced hands-on technical work with supervisory responsibilities to maintain high efficiency across operations

Hands-on experience in Mazak and Haas CNC machines

PLCs, VFDs, HMIs (Install, Program, Troubleshoot)
