Responsibilities
Experience with general IT SDLC processes
Experience with implementing Enterprise Systems Integration projects
Experience with SAP
Experience with mediating business units that may have conflicting requirements
Experience driving systems integration delivery projects from 3rd party vendors to delivery acceptance and project closure
Experience with preparing and presenting executive level project communications, project tracking and stakeholder management
Ability to create and maintain several project artifacts including Project Timeline, Risk & Issue Log, Communication Plan, Stakeholder Register etc
Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
Responsible for project scope delivery adhering to and optimizing schedule, costs, and resources
Acts as the counterpart for vendors program leader to ensure customer satisfaction and be the escalation point for service delivery activities
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be a creative thinker to solve issues
Must be hands-on-project manager for multiple projects

Skilled in creating and presenting executive level project communications
Skilled in gathering requirements from business divisions
Skilled in educating business unit staff on standardized processes
Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including executive staff
Skilled in facilitating large group meetings with internal and external resources
Skilled in collaborating with the technical and functional teams to develop the Technical Specification and other documents need in support of the solution
Experience in implementing Enterprise Systems Integration
Preferred
Experience with one or more of the state of Texas government agencies
CBAP and/or PMP certification is a plus
