Provide timely, effective, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues with precision and care
Assist with the administration of single-family home loans, ensuring accurate and efficient responses
Actively listen to customers, offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information
Redirect calls to the appropriate agents, queues, or departments, ensuring seamless communication
Other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes preferred
