Federal Intern - Landscape Architecture
Garver is an employee-owned engineering, planning, and environmental services firm. They are seeking a Federal Intern in Landscape Architecture to assist in design for various planning and landscape architecture projects, providing real-world experience while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Work alongside and be mentored by experienced professionals and industry leaders
Gain real-world Landscape Architect experience through assisting with a wide array of federal projects
Visit some of Garver’s project sites
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program
Detail-oriented and a team player with strong self-initiative to meet deadlines
Strong graphic (hand-drawn and digital), written, and oral communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office software programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience working with design software packages such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and LandFX, as well as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred
Previous experience with Lumion and/ or other rendering software
Previous site development experience, including park and recreation or streetscape projects
