Responsibilities
Continuously improve, develop and adjust the Schaeffler production system (SPS) for the assigned part of the organization
Define measures and implement them to achieve high productivity of the company's core and support production processes
Apply crucial engineering processes and give input for strategic decisions
Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field
Contribute to the alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 1 year of experience
Experience with manufacturing processes and capacity planning
Continuous improvement mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
SAP software experience
