Responsibilities

Utilizes processes, standards and project methodologies to ensure the business and the facilities get exceptional day to day operational support with minimal disruption during technology upgrades and implementations
Responsible for drafting system processes and standards to achieve company goals
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Uses available reporting tools to create and maintain IT departmental reports
Leads the design and development of reports including but not limited to support KPIs, IT compliance metrics, asset tracking and reporting, and project task and issue performance
Leads research and analysis of technology-based processes and systems for identified business objectives
Collaborate on design and implementation of approved projects
Work with other teams to develop, implement and manage proper change management processes
Assist in documentation of processes and systems
Responsible for ensuring organizational and facility compliance with all relevant IT compliance policies and procedures
Adhere to departmental, personnel and standard policies and procedures
Willing/Able to travel to other facilities within the company at the request of the VP of Information Technology

Required

10 years of experience
4 years of experience in Scrum
PMP certification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications and/or prior experience
