Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Python and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other services
Utilize AWS for cloud-based application deployment and management
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience
Manage version control using GitHub and SVN for collaborative development
Work with databases such as MySQL and SQL to design efficient data models
Engage in application development across various platforms, including .NET, Azure, and Linux environments
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Python programming language is essential
Familiarity with web development technologies including JavaScript, React Express, and front-end frameworks
Experience with application development in C#, C++, Java, or VBA is a plus
Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and practices
Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development processes
Experience working with RESTful APIs and cloud services (AWS or Azure)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Familiarity with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) principles is preferred
