Client Services Support
Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Services Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in assisting our Client Services Department with a variety of administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
Manage online documents and disputes
Respond to receipt and statement requests
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare and send certified letters
Handle dispute and bankruptcy mail
Send and receive faxes
Sort invoices and request cover letters
Enter new client accounts into the system
Process returned mail and address updates
Handle credit report updates and removals
Send confirmation emails and scanned documents
Note: Duties may vary and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of client service or administrative support experience preferred
