Neon Health is on a mission to make life-saving drugs accessible by automating patient access workflows for pharma companies. They are seeking an AI Quality Operator to improve the quality of their AI agents by reviewing outputs, documenting issues, and providing guidance for improvement.

Label and document those issues

Provide suggested guidance on how to improve going forward

Speed: You will need to execute with speed and urgency

Rigorous: You will need to often investigate and deeply understand a problem, in order to suggest helpful solutions. To that end, you must be willing to do the hard thinking required to understand the root cause of an issue that you have identified. Surface level thinking will not suffice
