Qualification
Required
Rising seniors with a serious interest in pursuing a career in restaurant management or culinary management
Exposure to the business in its entirety with a focus on daily operations and service
Ability to apprentice staff-level roles
Opportunity to understand management level functions including hiring, training, coaching, inventory management, and P&L oversight
Previous experience working in restaurants is helpful, but not a prerequisite
Placement for the internship is decided upon hire, based on fit to the operating team
Relocation contingent upon employment
