Responsibilities
Provide consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team
Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget
Engage with executive leadership to manage client expectations and ensure all project issues/risks are effectively managed
Manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with operational systems (FAH, GL, Planning & Budgeting)
Work closely with subject matter experts and other project team members to successfully manage the deployment of OFSAA products
Implement Banking, Insurance, and/or Banking/Insurance Analytics solutions
Demonstrate strong functional experience implementing OFSAA FSDF, DIH, GL RECON, AFCS solutions for large Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients
Utilize domain knowledge on OFSAA GL Recon & OFSAA Data Foundation
Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, OBIEE/OAS/OAC, DIH/ODI
Demonstrate strong solution deployment experience
Manage Agile projects and cloud-based implementations
Communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
Exhibit strong influencing and negotiation skills
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in consulting
Strong program/project management resource with experience in implementing large finance modernization solutions such as OFSAA applications for Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients
Ability to manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with operational systems (FAH, GL, Planning & Budgeting)
Project Management experience in implementing Banking, Insurance, and/or Banking/Insurance Analytics solutions
Strong functional experience implementing OFSAA FSDF, DIH, GL RECON, AFCS solutions for large Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients
Domain knowledge on two or more of the following: Finance Performance Management, Accounting, GL Reconciliation, Management Reporting & Analytics
Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a customer's processes and strategies
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to travel as needed
Preferred
Domain knowledge on the following: OFSAA GL Recon & OFSAA Data Foundation
Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, OBIEE/OAS/OAC, DIH/ODI
Experience in managing Agile projects and cloud based implementations
