Sales Development Representative – GTM (Warehousing & Fulfilment)
Easyship is revolutionizing logistics for eCommerce with its cloud-based shipping software, helping businesses scale globally. The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying leads for warehousing and fulfilment solutions, educating prospects about Easyship's services, and coordinating discovery calls for the Account Executive team.

Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify crowdfunding campaigns and creators (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Gamefound, etc.) and also Shopify merchants
Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows
Educate prospects on Easyship’s warehousing and fulfilment services in the US, EU, UK, and APAC
Manage and nurture leads through early stages of the sales cycle
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
Track and update all activities in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and logistics teams to align messaging and funnel performance
Stay up to date with industry trends, campaign launches, and fulfilment challenges within the crowdfunding space
Qualification
Required
1–2 years experience in a sales or lead qualification role, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce
Strong understanding of the crowdfunding space and/or global fulfilment processes is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sales enablement tools (e.g. Gong, Outreach)
Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach
Comfortable working across global time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
