They are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist who will greet customers, assist with their needs, and manage incoming communications while ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers, assist them with the check-in process. Ask about their needs in a professional manner to determine the nature of their visit

Provide a pleasant experience from the moment our customers walk-in the store

Receiving and routing incoming phone calls. Answer basic inquiries

Following up with customers in regards of application process, missing documentation, titles, and service needs

Assist the sales team with customers documentation and uploading into the system

Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution

Assist management with clerical duties

Qualification

Bilingual English/SpanishOutstanding Customer ServiceComputer SkillsFlexible Schedule

Required

High School Diploma, required

Bilingual English / Spanish, required

Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalated complaints

Computer and technical skills

Be able to work flexible, full-time schedule, weekends and holidays

Able to pass a drug test and background check

1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist and/or in a customer service role
