Responsibilities
Support the designated leadership with the daily operations of all building systems
Hard surface maintenance and repair
Basic carpentry and metal work
Operating, maintaining and repairing all facility system equipment associated with HVAC operations and mechanical and electrical systems
Respond to customer requests
Submit and close work orders as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Conduct basic carpentry and metal work
Operate, maintain, and repair all facility system equipment associated with HVAC operations
Maintain mechanical and electrical systems
Respond to customer requests
