Adjunct Faculty in Finance
New Jersey Institute of Technology is seeking Adjunct Faculty in Finance for the Martin Tuchman School of Management. The role involves teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, developing lectures, grading assignments, and providing student support outside of class.

Develop and deliver lectures
Prepare and grade assignments
Learn and use the learning management system - Canvas
Provide time during the week to meet with students outside of class (i.e. office hours) as needed
Verify presence and submit grades to the Registrar at the end of the semester
Qualification
Required
Previous teaching experience
Master's degree from an accredited institution in the area applicable to teaching area
Currently employed with duties related to the teaching subject area
Professional experience substantial in duration and level of responsibility
Sustained academic or business related or professional engagement activities within the last 5 years
For those who have taught any college-level course before you must submit teaching evaluations
All candidates at least two reference letters are required
The letters should focus on teaching/presentation skills, domain knowledge and willingness to help others (students)
All candidates must include a personal statement
Preferred
Ph.D. from an AACSB accredited institution in the area applicable to teaching area
Professional engagement activities which involve application of specialized knowledge
