The role involves leading end-to-end test inventory management through real-time stock monitoring, data-driven demand forecasting, and procurement execution while overseeing workflows and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time test inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shortages

Resolve urgent component shortages by prioritizing critical testing needs with warehouse teams

Track procurement timelines and engage suppliers proactively to eliminate delivery delays

Lead root-cause analysis for defective components and drive corrective actions to reduce recurrence

Optimize demand forecasting models to reflect real-world consumption patterns for better inventory planning

Conduct monthly inventory audits to identify obsolete stock and implement strategic clearance plans

Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures in all operational workflows

Required

Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of 4 years of college with a bachelor's degree, plus attainment of a master's degree

In-depth familiarity with factory test and production workflows, driving cross-functional efficiency improvements

Bilingual in Mandarin and English, proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Preferred

Preference for candidates with 1-3 years of test inventory management experience
