Sr. Radiology Billing Specialist
Upstate Medical University is seeking a Sr. Radiology Billing Specialist who will be responsible for following up on medical claims, investigating patient accounts, resolving denials, and handling incoming correspondence. The candidate will also answer phone calls from patients regarding billing, insurance, and payments.

Candidate will answer incoming phone calls from patients pertaining to billing, insurance, and payments
Qualification
Required
2-3 years Medical Billing Experience- Radiology preferred
Follow -up skills
Insurance knowledge
Payment Experience
EPIC Knowledge is a plus
Team player as well as the ability to work on their own
High School degree or equivalent and two years clerical support in a medical billing setting. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
2-3 years Medical Billing Experience- Radiology preferred
