Responsibilities
Manage an enhancement team of up to 5 team members
Communicate progress updates to the Enhancement Manager, Account Manager, and client as needed
Install a variety of plant materials utilizing proper planting techniques
Use landscaping tools and heavy equipment in a safe manner
Accurately identify plant and landscaping materials
Properly weed client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipment
Perform site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material
Manage timekeeping records for your team and track materials used leveraging the Aspire platform
Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
Must be highly organized with the ability to reprioritize tasks to meet client needs
Reliable transportation
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
