The role involves providing technical expertise and support to customers, overseeing quality issues, and participating in improvement projects while maintaining standards and training customers in quality requirements.

Responsibilities
Provide connection between the customer and the plant in claims support, technical problem solving, and improvement projects
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, sales and marketing team, and production to solve quality problems
Participate in kaizens, develop relationships, and maintain standards
Train customers in the fundamentals of aluminum, quality requirements, and fabricating practices
Provide technical field service support to customers
Oversee customer support for quality issues, technical problem solving, and ensure quality standards are understood, maintained, and adhered to
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance to customers
Experience in claims support, technical problem solving, and improvement projects
High degree of interaction with various multi-discipline customers, sales and marketing, and manufacturing
Ability to oversee customer support for quality issues
Knowledge of quality standards and requirements
Experience in training customers in the fundamentals of aluminum, quality requirements, and fabricating practices
