Client Solutions Engineer
Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is a leader in logistics, and they are seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to provide expert-level technical assistance and implement tailored solutions for clients. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of client-reported issues to accurately diagnose root causes and recommend effective solutions
Design, configure, and implement tailored solutions that address client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
Provide expert-level technical assistance to clients and internal teams throughout the solution lifecycle, including pre-sales, deployment, and post-implementation support
Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to translate client requirements into actionable deliverables and drive successful project outcomes
Create clear technical documentation, process guides, and solution specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain records of client engagements
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies that improve efficiency and solution quality
Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing client demands and project scopes
Uphold high standards of performance, ensuring all solutions meet established quality, compliance, and security requirements

Qualification
Required

Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location for meetings or events as notified by manager
Job may require 20 – 40% travel upon request
Proficiency with client analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights
Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware platforms
Strong knowledge of database querying and management, including SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and their customization to support client-specific workflows
Ability to interpret and troubleshoot data flows, ETL processes, and integration pipelines between multiple applications
Competency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
Understanding of data security best practices and compliance considerations when handling client information
Comfortable working in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
At present the Company is not providing work sponsorship and incumbent must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience sufficient
3+ Years leading technical cross-functional Agile teams
5+ years practical system integration experience and/or business-related experience
3+ years of managing and growing a team responsible for enterprise integrations and/or business-related teams
5+ years of ETL development or project management experience with any leading platforms (Informatica/Boomi/Talend/Sterling Integrator). Boomi experience preferred
Professional certification may be required in some areas
MUST COMPLETE PI ASSESSMENT IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION
Preferred
Any experience in Microsoft Development Stack is a plus
Knowledge for freight forwarding and warehouse applications a plus
Ability to work independently and remain focused under time constraints
Experience in trouble shooting with a penchant to provide high quality work is preferred
Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong preference is given to those who have continued to upgrade their skills through education, training, and certifications
Logistics experience preferred (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, 3PL)
