They are seeking an Enhancement Crew Member to help clients develop outstanding landscapes by performing general landscape installation duties safely and efficiently while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
Install a variety of plant material utilizing proper planting techniques
Use landscaping tools and heavy equipment in a safe manner
Accurately identify plant and landscaping materials
Properly weed client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipment
Perform site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material
Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 months of related experience
Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
