Responsibilities

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements documentation to deployment, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards

Interact regularly with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the team. This role requires maintaining JIRA boards to provide daily updates on progress, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in software development and DevOps

Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset are essential for managing complex projects and driving continuous improvement
