Regional Vice President of Sales – Healthcare Revenue Cycle / AI Services (2 Territories East and West Coast)
Health Talent Solutions is seeking a high-performing, strategic Regional Vice President of Sales to join a leading healthcare AI and revenue cycle services organization. This role focuses on securing new business opportunities with hospitals and health systems, managing the full sales cycle, and leveraging a strong network of healthcare finance leaders.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, including stakeholder alignment and proposal development
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and market outreach
Leverage an extensive network of CFOs, revenue cycle, and HIM/CDI decision-makers to accelerate deal velocity
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to deliver compelling, value-driven presentations and proof-of-concept pilots
Maintain detailed account records and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce.com and related tools
Meet or exceed annual sales targets aligned to revenue and margin expectations
Represent the organization at HFMA and other regional and national industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare revenue cycle, HIM, or CDI services
Proven track record of selling $3M+ annual revenue contracts to inpatient hospitals
Established network of at least 30+ healthcare CFO and RCM contacts across the East Coast region
Hunter mentality with relentless drive to open new accounts and exceed quota
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, clinical documentation, and value-based payment models
Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and remote presentation platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
MBA or related graduate degree preferred
Experience in consultative sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, or Sandler preferred
