Responsibilities
Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine Ship Building (SHAPM) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 397 - COLUMBIA Class Submarine Program Office, PMS 450 - VIRGINIA Class Submarine Program Office, PMS 351 - Future Attack Submarine (SSN(X)) Program Office, and SEA 05Z - Marine Engineering Competency Domain
Oversee the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance
Integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices
Manage the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including: specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance
Manage the 'big picture' of a project in addition to technical aspects by considering details like cost, schedules and social issues that may be associated with a project
Qualification
Required

10 years of professional experience in systems engineering
Must be a U.S. citizen
A secret security clearance
Master's level degree in an Engineering discipline
Preferred
Min 10 yrs experience with DOD ACAT 1D Navy acquisition programs
Demonstrated experience in program planning and technical management support, submarine Combat System System Engineering (SE), studies and analyses, acquisition program documentation, metrics, organizational protocol, and Navy business systems
