Administrative Support

The role involves assisting executives with administrative functions to optimize their time for higher-level responsibilities and managing various clerical tasks with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities
Assists and relieves the executive of administrative type functions to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities
Take care of a wide variety of complex situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office that often cannot be brought to the attention of the executive
Responsible for ensuring assigned duties are completed on time and in accordance with leaderships requirements
May be required to schedule travel, manage collection of documentation, and review and send messages in support of the team
Experience with the planning and coordination of multiple concurrent tasks, each with strict deadlines
Ability to perform and track multiple tasks
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required
Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c)
HS Diploma/GED
5+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology
