The role involves advising on state regulations, care-model innovation, and policies to ensure evidence-based care, while also providing operational support for clinicians looking to build or grow their independent practices.

Responsibilities

Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care‑model innovation
Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care
Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state
Use and critique our all‑in‑one tech stack (scheduling, data, EHR, billing) to guide product improvements

Qualification

Active SLP licensePayer credentialingUtilization managementEvidence-based careRemote collaboration

Required

Active SLP license in good standing in Texas

Preferred

Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization‑management processes is a plus
Passion for expanding equitable speech therapy care and experimenting with outcome‑driven models
Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration
