Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair equipment controls on equipment, utility and distribution systems
Included but not limited to domestic water, steam, chilled/hot water systems, HVAC, electrical distribution systems, emergency power systems, vertical lift systems, medical gas and vacuum systems, pneumatic tube systems and building automation

Required

High School Diploma or GED w/ 8+ years
Technical or College considered in place of Years of Experience
Skilled in Healthcare/Commercial Maintenance, Building Automation, Plumbing, Electrical, Emergency Power systems and Computer knowledge
Troubleshoot problems and make needed repairs as needed of system and equipment
Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and customers through good service skills and effective communication

Preferred

Work toward obtaining expert status on at least two systems and obtain State License in related field preferred
Pneumatic tube system, Medical Gas, Building Automation and AutoCAD experience preferred
Universal EPA certification preferred
City/State license in related field preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
