The ideal candidate will manage HRIS projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system capabilities meet business needs
Manage software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, including Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project, TFS, and Jira for effective project scheduling and tracking
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop test cases to ensure system functionality aligns with requirements
Lead disaster recovery planning and IT governance initiatives related to HRIS systems
Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new systems and updates
Maintain documentation using tools like Visio and SharePoint for process flows and system architecture
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure
Proven track record in project management methodologies
Effective communication and leadership abilities
