Responsibilities
Perform on-site inspections of construction projects (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical)
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and verify installations match contract documents
Maintain inspection logs, daily reports, and provide findings to the COR
Enforce safety compliance (OSHA, NFPA, OHWB)
Support project commissioning and closeout (punch lists, O&M manuals, as-builts)
Provide technical support to COR on change orders and constructability issues
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship is required
Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly
Must have an active Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
BA/BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or construction science
10+ years experience in Construction Management
Thorough knowledge of construction inspection principles, facilities engineering technologies (mechanical, electrical, building), quality assurance/quality control methodologies and applicable building codes and standards required
