They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of mechanical systems while mentoring junior professionals and supporting proposal efforts across various markets.

Responsibilities
Take leadership in the design of mechanical systems (including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing and piping)
Mentor junior/mid-level MEP engineering professionals
Support proposal efforts
Move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation
Qualification
Required
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
10+ years of related MEP experience
Proficient with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD and BIM
Experience mentoring and training employees
Experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts and interfacing with clients
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
Preferred
PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining PE license in near future
