Manage client needs: process policy changes, billing inquiries, renewals, and claims support
Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
Identify and generate leads for personal lines insurance products
Conduct policy reviews, recommending coverage enhancements or savings
Cross-sell and account-round to expand client protection and agency growth
Educate clients on insurance policies, terms, and coverage options
Collaborate with carriers to resolve issues and secure competitive coverage
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty
Qualification
Required
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with computers and agency management systems
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Pennsylvania Life License (preferred; provides additional opportunities)
Previous experience in personal lines customer service or sales preferred
