The Quality Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing and improving the Quality Management System in compliance with aerospace regulations, collaborating across teams to ensure robust processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and improve the quality management system in alignment with customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements, international standards, and industrial methodologies

Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other cross functional teams to ensure our defined processes are robust to drive mission success throughout the entire product lifecycle

Own Document Control system, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient management of controlled documents, records, and change control processes

Plan and lead internal audits to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the QMS

Direct and support root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action process to drive improvement of the management system

Provide training and guide cross-functional teams on quality systems continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor and measure management system data and report to management to drive the system improvement
