Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to achieve technical and professional excellence
Support and drive business development efforts to grow the regional business
Ensure teams uphold company values, brand standards, and ethical practices

Oversee project execution, including engineering scope, change orders, schedules, and budgets
Maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness to client needs
Supervise transmission line design activities and enforce quality assurance and control measures
Build and maintain strong client relationships, while cultivating new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering (required)
Professional Engineer (PE) certification (required)
15+ years of relevant engineering experience in consulting or electric utility environments (required)
Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Collaborative mindset for working with teams and clients
Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others
Ability to identify and apply relevant metrics to drive business and project performance
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
Creative and innovative approach to engineering solutions
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly agile environment
Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and maintain a satisfactory driving record per company policy
Preferred
Project management experience preferred, with knowledge of scope, schedule, and budget management
Strong understanding of engineering and design evaluation practices
Ability to develop and implement improved processes, methods, or tools for the transmission line team
