CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Audit Senior/Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with GAAP while providing exceptional service to clients in the Non-Profit, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, in accordance with GAAP
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and training as needed
Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice throughout the audit process
Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and adherence to deadlines
Prepare detailed audit documentation and reports, presenting findings to management and stakeholders
Identify areas for improvement in clients' processes and provide recommendations

Qualification

CPA certificationGAAP knowledgeAudit experienceCCH Engagement softwareCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsLeadership abilityProject management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and CCH Engagement software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead audit teams and manage multiple projects effectively

Preferred

Experience working with Non-Profit, Construction, and Manufacturing clients is a plus
