RESIDENT RELATIONS COORD - Floater
Gates Hudson is seeking a professional and empathetic Resident Relations Coordinator to provide superior customer service and manage resident resource programs. The role involves addressing resident concerns, maintaining records, and providing administrative support while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities
Address resident concerns; collecting and maintaining data; disseminating information regarding Various Community programs related to clinical, social, and related services
Handle calls from owners, vendors, residents, and community advocates
Ability to keep work organized and to complete assignments in a timely manner; the ability to meet deadlines
Maintain a record of current program documents, processes and procedures on various software
Competence and experience working through difficult or urgent situations calmly and effectively; proven problem-resolution skills
Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas and taking notes
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Maintain data entry in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, computerized databases, and online resources, general office duties. (Scanning, copying, printing, presentation hardware)
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong commitment to customer service
Conduct assessments of resident needs and assist in developing individualized support plans
Participate/attend regular group meetings with Residents, to provide information and to obtain feedback
Assist in coordinating periodic resident surveys, compiling and presenting results, and recommending and implementing enhancements based on results to community
Provide case management services as needed and requested for ongoing open issues
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and resource utilization
Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed written or verbal instructions to others accurately and easily
Perform other resident resource administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma: additional qualifications as an Administrative or Resident coordinator are a plus
Proven experience in customer service or community outreach roles
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must have 1-2 years' experience in the property management industry or related office position
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Compassionate and empathic demeanor with a dedication to helping others
Knowledge of community resources and social service programs is a plus
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
A driver's license is required
General knowledge of Internet use and using Internet browsers, to include changing/creating passwords and security question answers and bookmarking web addresses
Knowledge of fair housing regulations
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft office (specifically outlook), Word and Excel
