Responsibilities
Set up the metrics to measure governance and experience(GNE) operation activities, including management of risk, fraud and abuse, as well as experiences from sellers, customers and creators
Responsible for justifying GNE business value in a scientific way, work closely with the business teams to figure out the goals in both short term and long term
Monitoring the key metric changes, and deep dive for the reason behind. Highlight the key insights to business partners with timely response
Make business impact with data and proactively generate insights and data solutions for business partners to make the business achieve the goal
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of working experience in data science, with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in quantitative field statistics is preferred
Proficient in SQL, Python or R
Expertise in at least one of the three areas: advanced measurement (e.g causal inference or systems with complex trade-offs), modeling, and optimization
Preferred
E-commerce or online marketplace trust & safety experience is strongly preferred
To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact-driven person
Be able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
