Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive test cases and methodologies to ensure product reliability and quality across multiple projects
Create and execute diagnostic testing programs that effectively identify performance issues throughout various product development phases
Develop specialized test fixtures and equipment that accurately measure and validate product specifications under various conditions
Define and document test setups and procedures that ensure devices comply with industry and company standards
Plan and coordinate resources including labor, schedules, and equipment allocation to optimize testing activities and timelines
Identify and resolve technical issues in systems and equipment throughout the development process, applying analytical problem-solving techniques
Implement and maintain testing processes that adhere to established quality standards and requirements
Lead qualification efforts for product lines to meet market standards and customer requirements
Design and oversee the manufacture of PCBs for test setups and evaluation boards that enable effective product testing

Required

Ability to design structured test methodologies that thoroughly validate product functionality against specifications, with competence in applying standard test principles
Proficiency in creating and executing diagnostic programs to effectively identify product defects and performance issues across development phases
Experience designing and developing moderate-complexity test fixtures and equipment that accurately measure product parameters
Capability to define clear test setups and write detailed procedures that ensure consistent testing approaches and results
Skills in estimating and coordinating resource requirements for testing activities, including scheduling and equipment allocation
Demonstrated analytical approach to identifying and resolving moderately complex technical problems in systems and equipment
Working knowledge of quality standards and ability to implement appropriate testing processes to meet quality requirements
Understanding of qualification testing methodologies and ability to lead qualification efforts for assigned product lines
Technical knowledge of PCB design principles and ability to design boards for test setups and evaluation purposes

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
0-2 years of relevant experience in test engineering or a related discipline
