Franchise / Equipment Finance Sales Officer
Stern Recruiting is representing a high-growth independent financial services company specializing in equipment and franchise finance. They are looking for a driven Franchise / Equipment Finance Sales Officer to originate new lease and loan transactions while managing long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships in franchise and/or equipment finance
Originate transactions typically $250K+ while meeting production and portfolio growth goals
Manage and grow assigned accounts and self-developed business
Evaluate potential transactions, including client financials and deal structure
Partner closely with credit and documentation teams to deliver seamless service and manage risk
Build strong internal and external relationships to expand market presence
Travel as required to achieve results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Proven track record of originating franchise or equipment finance deals, with verifiable production
Strong knowledge of relevant products and deal structures
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High cold-calling capability, detail orientation, and commitment to client service
Ability to work independently from a remote location
Proficiency with CRM and finance tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, T-Value)
