Assistant Solution Manager
Benefitfirst is a private cloud-based benefits eligibility management company focused on providing accurate and innovative solutions for employers. The Assistant Solution Manager will assist the Solution Managers and clients by developing resource materials and providing excellent customer service during onboarding and renewal periods.

Responsibilities
Provide support to our team of Solution Managers by displaying initiative and critical thinking in order to deliver solutions to our clients and business partners
Develop expertise in using our proprietary platform for administering benefits
Process transactions in Benefitfirst as they relate to specific tasks in support of our clients
Provide excellent customer service through timely & accurate completion of all job responsibilities
Display a sense of urgency for monitoring and meeting deadlines
Display initiative to develop skills and knowledge that will position you as a future Solution Manager candidate
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Exercise critical thinking when performing all job duties
Preferred
Customer Service or relevant work experience a plus
