Responsibilities
Build and manage strong working relationships with our most strategic partners, including Databricks and dbt Labs, to drive joint revenue opportunities
Build joint GTM plans with partner teams to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal cycles, maximize co-selling opportunities, and close business through collaboration
Working with the senior leadership team, establish clear goals for each partner relationship and track progress through regular reporting, funnel management, and joint business planning
Secure and accelerate partner funding tied to delivery acceleration, GTM, or pipeline growth
Manage and close partner-sourced opportunities in collaboration with our sales, marketing, consulting, and the Data & AI teams, to deliver value and repeatable wins
Serve as a key point of contact for partner-sourced opportunities, bringing insight and structure to how we approach, manage, and optimize each opportunity
Maintain awareness of partner programs, certifications, and funding opportunities; leveraging them to fuel pipeline development and accelerate deals
Represent Indicium at partner events, QBRs, and industry functions to strengthen our visibility and influence within the partner ecosystem
Provide input to enhance our partner sales strategy, incorporating best practices and market intelligence to stay ahead of the curve
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or channel roles in the Data/AI/Cloud space
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota through partner-sourced deals
Deep familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem
Strong ability to build trust with partner field teams and internal stakeholders
Excellent sales execution skills: pipeline building, forecasting, closing
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Experience managing co-selling motions and GTM activities
Comfortable with ~25% travel for partner events and client meetings
Hybrid Role - ability to work from our office and partner offices, as necessary
