Responsibilities

Routes technicians to calls

Support technicians

Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on the BEST products or services

Acquires information and enters service calls for new and existing customers

Answer customer questions and complaints; and if the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge forward it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff

Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to solve customers' issues and concerns

Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, requests, and or comments

Performs other related duties as assigned

Able to place phone calls to schedule, solicit, and or renew Customer Service Agreements
