Ensure we can successfully sync billions of records into our data platform from our customers’ SaaS tools reliably
Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to discover and solve our customers’ most complex and bleeding edge problems
Mentor junior engineers and continue raising our bar for engineering excellence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in software development
Strong developer in all things frontend and backend
Deep interest in Agentic AI / LLM applications
Eager to join the mission of bringing Frontier Intelligence to important industries
Coding comes naturally and excels at it for work
5+ years building software, ideally in excellent engineering cultures
High-ownership - owning projects, outcomes, customer unlocks from start to finish
Thrives in fast-paced environments
Customer-focused - cares about customers' challenges and dreams
Enjoys mentoring and accelerating people around them
Preferred
Experience with frontend technologies: React, Typescript, NextJS, Tailwind
Experience with backend technologies: Typescript, NextJS, Gel/PostgreSQL
Experience with AI/ML technologies: OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Milvus/QDrant/MongoDB
Experience with cloud technologies: AWS, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes
