Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., operations, support, product, data teams) to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive software solutions

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning sessions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments

Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security

Integrate with internal and third-party systems

Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems that improve operational efficiency, internal workflows, and customer-facing functions
