Start in 2026WTW is a rapidly growing company within the retirement sector, seeking an intern for their National Processing Group. The intern will contribute to retirement valuations and special projects while learning about various aspects of retirement plans and actuarial work.

Responsibilities
Participating and actively engaging in training sessions
Performing actuarial valuations and preparing valuation reports
Performing data analysis and reconciliations of pension plan participant data
Performing pension benefit calculations using established spreadsheets or our proprietary plan administration system
Preparing government reporting forms and annual employee benefit statements
Supporting special projects as ad-hoc needs arise
Working with other colleagues to ensure that each project is completed on time and meets quality standards
Responding to all requests and communications effectively and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future
Ability to present a valid form of work authorization once temporary work authorizations expire
Participation and active engagement in training sessions
Ability to perform actuarial valuations and prepare valuation reports
