Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business systems and multifamily platforms
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support executive leadership, asset management, and operational teams
Provide insights into occupancy trends, leasing performance, rent roll, revenue management, and operational efficiencies
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Asset Management) to deliver data-driven strategies
Build predictive models and perform advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of multifamily data sources
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data governance and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with at least 2+ years in the Multifamily domain
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong knowledge of multifamily metrics, property management systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata), and financial reporting
Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
